These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PublishPort desktop application and its cloud relay service (together, the "Service"). PublishPort is operated by an independent maker; "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the Service. By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
PublishPort is a thin integration layer. It provides a graphical interface for a set ofthird-party, open-source command-line tools, plus a cloud relay that lets an AI client you authorize drive those tools on your own computer to operate the platform accounts you are already logged into (for example, to search, organize, or publish content).
All platform capabilities — login, publishing, and interaction with each platform — are implemented by the upstream open-source tools. We provide only the graphical interface and the relay, and do not build any platform-specific integrations ourselves.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. The Service is intended for use in compliance with all applicable laws.
3. Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.
- The Service issues access keys used by the relay (such as an MCP endpoint URL or device token).Such a key lets whoever holds it operate the tools on your computer through the relay, so treat it like a password — never disclose, publish, or enter it into an untrusted client. You bear the consequences of any leak.
4. Acceptable Use and Your Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service, community guidelines, and policies of every third-party platform you use through the Service.Whether a particular action or piece of content is permitted is determined by each platform's own rules.
- You are solely responsible for all content you publish or transmit through the Service, and you represent that it is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.
- You will not use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, or otherwise improper purpose.
5. Assumption of Risk; No Warranty for Platform Outcomes
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USING THE SERVICE TO PUBLISH OR INTERACT ON THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS MAY CAUSE YOUR ACCOUNTS TO BE RATE-LIMITED, DEPRIORITIZED, RESTRICTED, OR BANNED.Whether this occurs, and the severity of any consequences, depends on your own operating environment and on each platform's policies, which change from time to time and are outside our control.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN THIS REGARD, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY RESULTING LOSS OF ACCOUNTS, DATA, REVENUE, OR OTHER DAMAGES. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risk.
6. Open-Source Components
The Service relies on several third-party open-source tools, which are made available to you under their respective licenses. The functionality, behavior, and availability of those tools are the responsibility of their respective developers, and we make no warranty regarding them.
7. Service Provided "As Is"
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ALWAYS AVAILABLE. We may maintain, change, limit, or discontinue all or part of the relay at any time without notice.
8. Fees and Billing
The Service offers a free tier and a paid (Pro) tier. Paid plans are sold and invoiced through our third-party payment provider, Dodo Payments, acting as Merchant of Record. Billing, renewal, and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. The free tier is subject to usage limits, which may change from time to time.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service's interface, branding, and documentation are owned by us or the respective rights holders. These Terms do not transfer any such intellectual property to you. The rights to, and responsibility for, the content you publish through the Service remain with you.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ACCOUNT BANS, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
